The Risk Factor Evaluation Grid rely on psychological sight of potential bullying present context to assess the situation. We observe risk zones to investigate and comfort zones bonding to problem solving. We see personality traits, attitudes and behaviours when, presents or not, they impact the relations between litigants.

To gather the information necessary to draw the grid, two tests can be used to measure specific aspects of the litigants personalities. It presents a portrait of attitudes and personality traits shown between persons involved. From the grid where are revealed the results to the tests, we can observe details enabling the appraisal of possible tricky relations.

It 's a valuable diagnostic tool for the service provider who needs to rapidly know the litigants, understand the issue, help litigants to find realistic solutions or notice there is no possible bridge between them.

Results are drawn on a grid where we can observe different zones. The position of scores shows the risk or comfort zone where the concerned persons stand (flexible to rigid). Then we can evaluate the likelyhood, from low to high, existing psychological factors between persons be at risk.

We also can identify zones (average and flexible) where the scores show assets for change, giving a path to possible solution.

Often when psychological harrassment is reported, ideal situation isn't possible anymore between litigants. Then we must strive to find a comfort zone. To make a clear choice, it needs a good understanding of the situation, objectives and priorities at the proper place. We also have to consider alternatives and assess their realism.
